Nos estamos cargando el planeta y la comunidad Valenciana junto con sus innumerables consellerias deficitarias y un corrupto medioambiente está contribuyendo a ello.  Su último proyecto  es arrancar esta pinada a pesar de estar la finca  colindante vacía, para poner un poste de luz a un proyecto polígono  fantasma. (Sera de algún enchufado del ayuntamiento).¿O quizás lo hagan porque es mía y además  la mantengo sin subvenciones  ?

Spain is hoping that Europe will resolve its problems on May 25th.

I think Rajoy has erred again naming Arias Cañete, round-bellied countryman, farmer and bullfight lover. For many languages he may speak whilst hunting, or many subsidies he may have negotiated with FEOGA for the ill-treated Spanish agriculture, orange fields in the East of Spain smell foul with carpets of wasted oranges, whilst in Madrid one pays up to € 5,00 for a bag of 1 ½ kilos.

I think Spain is much more than simply eating and dancing. We are bombarded on a daily basis with more TV cooking programs, programs on dancing, to dance, let’s dance and who the hell dances now, on channel one, channel three or channel five.

Cultural glamour, science, investigation, technology and art don’t sell because they have disappeared..

Ms. Valenciano is a clone of Cospedal, less refined, even if a little thinner now, and less faltering in her speech, she doesn’t quite make it in spite of being a woman.

Los Milagros de Cañete

España espera  con esperanza que  Europa le resuelva sus problemas el 25 de Mayo .

Creo que Rajoy ha vuelto a errar en la elección de Cañete , campechano, regordete , muy ganadero y mas taurino. Por muchos idiomas que hable cazando , y  por muchas ayudas negociadas   con FEOGA   para la maltrecha agricultura Española, los campos de Levante apestan alfombrados de cientos de  naranjas podridas, mientras en Madrid se pagan 6 euros por una bolsa de  kilo y medio.

Creo que España es mucho más que zampar y bailar. Nos bombardean con mas y mas programas de cocina, programas de mas que baila, a bailar, bailemos , y mira quien puñetas baila ahora, en la primera, en la tercera, en la quinta.

Glamur cultural, ciencia, investigación, tecnología , arte, no se vende porque se han ido. .

Valenciano, es un clon de Cospedal , menos fina, aunque más delgada ahora,  y menos entrecortada al hablar, pero no da para más, a pesar de ser mujer.

 

Rotten deposit - Fosa séptica

On August 6th 2007 I sued the town hall of Alcalà de Xivert, requesting the closure of an enormous deposit of amurca - the smelly, liquid residue  leftover water from the olive oil milling process. This activity is insanitary, harmful and dangerous. It has been in operation since 1998, not only without planning or environmental licenses, but without even having requested them. It had been operating for 2 whole years before the first engineer went to inspect it.

Below you can see a birds' eye view of the deposit. The red mark is a car, so you get a sense of its immensity. This illegal pond of residue, built less than one kilometer from the village, has been operating illegally for 14 years. It still does today, with no license whatsoever.

The city hall favours the owner, extending deadlines for the corrective measures he has been instructed to carry out. These include emptying out the awfully smelling residue which is currently overflowing the deposit. Of course the owner has no intention of actioning these. The blame is passed back and forth between the City Hall and the Commission of Environmental Analysis. Occasionally, they ask neighbours to submit their allegations, only to later disregard them. No one issues any licenses, but everyone keeps quiet and the crook continues to operate his illegal, contaminating business. His residue now even spills into his neighbours' property.

In 2000, after the engineer's first visit, the owner requested a declaration of community interest assuring that no one lived nearby. By law, and as a condition for operating, the deposit must be emptied and cleaned every year. When it was built it had capacity of 4,000,000 litres, however the annual production of amurca does not exceed 1,000,000 litres. Clearly the intention was not to drain it on an annual basis, and the City Hall knew this.

Today, it is a crater filled with rotting, toxic residue. An industrial activity of such characteristics cannot be in an agricultural zone with neighbours living in country homes, surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, rural hotels, horse riding tours, orange trees...

I have already lost one case against the City Hall on this topic. Thanks to an incompetent judge who said, agreeing with the City Hall, that it is only logical that an industrial activity such as an amurca deposit should smell, hence why they are placed in land without building permit. Little did it matter to her that it was only a few metres away from land with building permit. This situation reminds me of the first attempts from restaurants where smokers would sit next to non smokers' tables, surrounding them with their smoke.

It is strongly advised that these activities not be installed close to urban areas for their high degree of contaminating and polluting agents. The general plan of urban order for industrial use in 2000 already did not consider the location for this activity appropriate, and yet the City Hall approved of it.

I am waiting for the appeals court sentence, and I say to the mayor, who I am sure will read this, that I am extremely suspicious as to his insistence that this activity remains in operation in its current location, which seems somewhat strategic. Also to remind him that executing a administrative or judicial act knowingly against the law is prevarication, and that the next plaint will be against him, not the City Hall.

It is infuriating to be alone when it comes to denouncing corrupt individuals who, on the other hand, are also the most voted. Political power is so reinforced and united, that to be honest and denounce leads you to situations where vulnerability becomes dangerous. Spain is a wonderful country that does not need corrupt politics.

El 6 de agosto de 2007 denuncié al ayuntamiento de Alcalà de Xivert, solicitando la clausura de un enorme depósito de alpechines. Esta actividad moliente, nociva e insalubre ha estado activa desde 1998, no sólo sin licencias de planificación ni medioambientales, sino sin siquiera haberlas solicitado. Estuvo en plena operación dos años antes de que ningún agente fuera a inspeccionarla.

Aquí veis una fotografía del depósito, la marca roja es un coche, para que os hagáis una idea de su inmensidad. este pozo ilegal de residuo putrefacto, construido a menos de un kilómetro del pueblo, lleva en funcionamiento catorce años, y continúa hoy en día sin ningún tipo de licencia.

El ayuntamiento favorece al dueño, alargando los plazos para las medidas correctoras que ha de cumplir obligatoriamente. Éstas incluyen vaciar el repugnante residuo que actualmente se sobresale del depósito. Por supuesto el dueño no tiene ninguna intención de cumplir ninguna de ellas. Se pasan la pelota entre el ayuntamiento y la comisión de análisis medioambiental y de vez en cuando les piden alegaciones a los vecinos, para simplemente ignorarles después. Nadie otorga ninguna licencia, pero todo el mundo calla y el sinvergüenzas continúa con su negocio ilegal, contaminante y peligroso. El alpechín llega ahora hasta el terreno del vecino.

En el año 2000, después de la visita del ingeniero, el dueño solicitó una declaración de interés comunitario asegurando que nadie vivía en los alrededores. Por ley, y como condición, la almazara ha de ser vaciada y limpiada cada año. Cuando fue construida tenía capacidad de 4.000.000 de litros, no obstante la cantidad producida cada año no excede el 1.000.000 de litros. Claramente la intención no era vaciarla anualmente, y el ayuntamiento lo sabía.

Hoy en día es un cráter lleno de residuo tóxico y maloliente. Una actividad industrial de tales características no puede estar en zona rústica con vecinos, casa, paisajes naturales, hoteles rurales, paseos a caballo, naranjos...

Ya he perdido un juicio contra el ayuntamiento sobre este asunto. Gracias a una juez incompetente que, de acuerdo con el ayuntamiento, opinaba que era lógico que una balsa de alpechines oliese, por ello se colocaban en zona no urbanizable. Poco le importaba que estuviera a tan sólo unos metros de la zona urbana. Esta situación me recuerda a los primeros intentos de los restaurantes donde colocaban al fumador al lado de la mesa de no fumadores, humeándoles la cena.

Es totalmente desaconsejable la instalación de estas actividades próximas a zonas urbanas por su alto grado contaminante, nocivo y molesto.  El plan general de ordenación urbana de uso industrial ya en el año 2000 no consideró apropiado el emplazamiento de esta actividad donde se encuentra hoy, no obstante el ayuntamiento aprobó su ubicación.

Espero la sentencia de apelación, y le digo al alcalde, que seguro que me lee, que estoy muy "mosca" ante su insistencia en mantener esta actividad y su ubicación obstáculo tan estratégica. Que ejecutar un acto administrativo o judicial a sabiendas que está contra la ley, es prevaricación, y que la próxima denuncia será a él y no al ayuntamiento.

Es indignante, estar sólo a la hora de denunciar a corruptos que por otra parte son los más votados. El poder político está tan reforzado y unido, que ser honrado y denunciar te lleva a situaciones  donde la vulnerabilidad se hace peligrosa. España es un país precioso que no necesita política corrupta. 

Nature our Home by Force

I am amazed by the counselors and mayors of small towns and villages, who just like their peers in local provincial capital assemblies, pride themselves of how they are leading environmental protection projects, watch out for air and water quality as well as sustainable growth, and protect nature. To Europe, they say all these things and have even created  a photo contest with environmental subjects. Another counselor, Mr. Gonzalo Romero, said: “those works will be most valued which represent the most representative and identifiable elements of the capital of Castellón and its surroundings”. I reply: “and that they should represent the most beautiful”. It is a shame that the f… ambiance of Alcalá de Xivert does not enter into the contest, where citizens’ participation in environmental aspects is nil and the commitment to nature non-existent.

Here is an original and unedited photograph of the pine forest which the responsible local government department wants to cut down (preparing a video), and of the multiple attacks against nature in the area. They have not only destroyed the environment but continue doing so, motivation to conserve is nil, and even if it is your land and not mine, they are not “taking care of it like a home”, Gonzalo Romero dixit.

La Naturaleza , nuestra Casa por los “cojones”

Yo alucino con los consellers de consellerias, alcaldes de doble rango, de pueblo , a la par que diputados de diputaciones de capital de provincia de Castellón , presumen de que lideran proyectos de protección del entorno, velan por la calidad del aire, del agua y del desarrollo sostenible, protegen  la naturaleza,  dicen a Europa, y hasta han creado un concurso fotográfico, con temática medioambiental.  Otro concejal,  Don Gonzalo Romero,”   se valoraran las obras que representen elementos más representativos e identificables de Castellón capital y alrededores “dice. “Que representen lo más bonito” eso lo digo yo.  ; Es una pena que no entre en concurso el jodido ambiente  de Alcalá de Xivert, donde la participación ciudadana en aspectos medioambientales es nula y el compromiso con la naturaleza se lo pasan por el forro.

Denuncia en Vinaros en el año  2012 en la patrulla de Seprona. Se supone que ellos controlan medio ambiente. No se ha hecho nada.
